Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 3ripe bananas
  • 2 tbspnbaking powder
  • 2tbpsn baking soda
  • 2eggs
  • Vanilla
  • 1 tbspntea masala spice
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • 100 mlmilk/yoghurt

Steps

    Pre heat your oven

  2. 2

    Prepare your cake pan

  3. 3

    Mix the dry ingredients together

  4. 4

    Mash the banana, then add the eggs and whisk together

  5. 5

    Add vanilla, cooking oil and milk

  6. 6

    Gradually mix the wet and dry ingredients

    Pour batter into cake pan (Add a sliced banana on the top)

    Bake until toothpick comes out clean in the middle of the cake
