Vegetable Paneer korma in white gravy
Steps

Take 1 tbsp oil in pan then add chopped onion saute till golden brown add,ginger-garlic saute

Then add all masala white sasema seeds, coconut powder,poha,black pepper, elaichi,fennel seeds, cinnamon saute until aromatic, add little water if needed masala should be cook properly

Then trasfer to jar make white gravy (puree) and keep a side

Take 2 tbsp oil in same,add cumin seeds,dry bay leaf, add chopped vegetable cook for few seconds

Then add white gravy (puree) in to veggies,then add garam masala, coriander powder,salt to taste,pinch sugar and add 1/2 cup water let them cook until oil separate

Once oil start to separate switch off the flame add lemon juice,roasted paneer and mix them well

Garnish with coriander leaves
