Grate orange zest in a container

Mix dry ingredients (flour + bicarbonate)

Squeeze lemon juice

Preheat oven 180°c for 15 minutes

Mix margarine and sugar in a bowl

Beat using a mixer at a low speed until it's all mixed up at a consistency

Add egg one by one while beating at a low speed

Add orange zest + orange juice and beat gently

Add dry ingredients portion by portion while stirring gently (use spatula)

Add milk gradually after every dry ingredients portion to maintain consistency

Grease and dust tin

Bake at 150°c for 45 mins

Insert a toothpick to ensure that the cake is all baked
