- 1
In a pan add water and to it add the dried soya chunks to boil. To it add ginger, garlic, onions, green chillies, soy sauce and salt and mix it well. The quantities are mentioned in the ingredients section. You can add more also if you like. When it starts boiling mix it again and cook for 3-4 mire minutes and then you can drain the water if you want but if you will reduce the water completely until dry the outcome will be fantastic. Once all the water dried out take it out in a bowl.

Heat up the oil in a pan once heated deep fry the boiled and coated chunks one by one on a high flame. Flip it over after 2 minutes and cook on the other side. Once get golden brown colour then take it out. It takes 4-5 minutes to get a beautiful golden brown colour. Now add the diced colourful bell peppers all of your choice or you can add only one colour or two. Mix it then add all the sauces and vinegar followed by black pepper powder and sugar. Mix them all well.
- 5
Then add our fried soya chunks in it and mix it very well from top to bottom. Add some spring onion greens and chopped coriander leaves mix again and serve this as an appetizer or starter or snack. This is the first way to make it. Now if you want to make it in a gravy add 2 tbsp water in 2 tbsp cornflour or all-purpose flour and mix well to make it lump free and add this slurry to the dried soya chunks chilli Manchurian and mix well. Add 1/2 cup of water mix it again and allow it to boil.
