Snow Peas are the edible Pea pods that are flat and thin. There are seeds embedded inside just as it the Green Peas.
Also known as Chinese pods, these are originated from Southwest Asia. They are harvested before the Peas have fully developed in the pod.
These can survive frost and snow. These are typically available round the Year but the peak Season being the Spring. These are excellent sources of Vitamin C and Fiber which are two essential nutrients required for a healthy body and overall well-being.
They are a low calorie Protein rich food that's a great addition to any diet.
Here in this simple stir fry, I have used a few Herbs too. Try this delicious stir fry for sure.

Saute on a low to medium-high heat for the next 10-12 minutes. Keep stirring every now and then. Halfway through adjust in the rest of the ingredients like salt and pepper.

It gets done quickly. Give it a light mix after it's all ready. It doesn't require much time. Adjust salt and pepper according to one's own taste. Check for it once before taking it off the heat.
