#Step 1:
In a medium bowl using a hand mixer beat double cream until stiff peaks form. In a large bowl, beat mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth. Add icing sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla/almond extract and beat until no lumps remain. Fold in whipped cream.

Spread filling over cooled base and arrange fresh fruit on top.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat together preserves and 2 tsp water until warmed, 30 seconds. Brush over tart and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 2-3 hours or overnight.

#Tips:
If you have leftover cream use top of your tart.
You can use store-bought tart in this recipe or make your own (please check in my cookpad recipes).
You can use thick vanilla custard or vanilla pastry cream in this tart instead of cream filling (please check in my cookpad recipes).
Any favourite fruit in your refrigerator for the topping.
decorated with any leftover cream as you desired.
