It's a chilli and rainy day, perfect day to make breadsticks to go with big bowls of soup.

In one bowl, add water, sugar, and yeast. Prof the yeast. To make sure it is good. In another bowl, mix flour, cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add yeast mix for 15 minutes on 3-4 speed. Set a pan of boiling water into the oven and close the door. This will give the dough ball a nice home.

After mixing the dough for 15 min, roll out to a breadboard. Knead it into a ball and set in the oven for 45 minutes.

When dough doubles in size, take it out and punch down. Divide into two equal parts.

Roll one part dough out and then cut into stips. Roll each dough piece up and place on pan.

Melt the butter in the microwave and add some garlic and parsley to it. After you put your rolled dough on a pan rub the butter mixture over the top lightly. Cover loosely and let sit for about 20-25 minutes or it doubles in size. Cook at 375 for about 20-25, till golden brown.
