Ingredients

  • 200 gmcookies/ biscuits
  • 250 gmdark chocolate
  • 6 tspbutter (90gm)
  • 1 tspvenila extract
  • 2 tspmilk
  • 100 gmpistachios.toasted
  • 2 tspliquor/coffee (optional)
  • Pinchsalt
  • Powder sugar for coating

    Crudh the biscuits. Melt chocolate and butter over double boilers. Until completely smooth. Remove from heat and alcohol or coffee (optional) milk venila essence crushed cookies. Pistachios. Salt. And mix until combined.

    Spread half the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it.into a log roll the plastic wrap and twist the and to seal.

    Roll back and forth few times to make the log evenly round. Repeat with remaining mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Remove the plastic wrap dust with sugar from all sides.

    To give it an authentic salami look wrap it up in kitchen twine.
