Farfalle Pasta in Cheesy White Sauce

Keep all the ingredients ready

Boil 3 litres water. Add salt and 1tbsp olive oil. When the water comes to a rolling boil add iin the farfalle pasta.

Also add in carrots and corn. Boil until pasta is 'al dante' cooked.

Strain the boiled ingredients. Immediately refresh with plain water to stop the cooking process. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil and mix, to avoid pasta to stick each other. Keep aside.

White sauce:-
In a kadhai take butter and 2 tbsp olive oil. When the butter melts add in maida and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes on slow gas, stirring continuously. - 6
Now add milk gradually, in batches, and stir properly to get a lump free saucy texture.

Add in salt and pepper powder. Add in 2 cubes grated cheese, mix and bring to a boil.

Meanwhile saute capsicum in 1/2 tsp olive oil and keep aside.

Heat 3-4 tbsp olive oil and add in the boiled farfalle pasta, carrots and corn. Mix well to coat each pasta with the olive oil.

Mix in salt, chilli flakes,oregano and pepper powder. Mix well and heat the pasta well. Now add the pasta into the boiling white cheesy sauce and mix carefully. Also add in the sauted capsicum. Mix.

Transfer the Farfalle Pasta in White Cheesy Sauce to serving bowl. Grate 2 cubes cheese on top. Garnish as desired. Enjoy a tasty treat with family and friends.
