Mussels with Ham, Peppers and dry Rosé Wine

In a saucepan, heat Olive Oil and add chopped Onion, Peppers and Ham.

Cook for a few minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.

Add Wine and simmer until the Wine evaporates.
- 4
Add Mussels and season, combine then simmer for 3 minutes. Serve over cooked Fettuccine. Garnish with Parsley and have sliced lemon on hand for the final touch.
