Semolina Gulkand laddu

First of all add ghee to the rava (semolina) and mix it evenly and make a hard dough with hot water.,

Rest the dough for 10 minutes.then knead the dough well again and make muthiya.Heat oil or ghee in a pan on gas and fry all the muthiya until light brown on low to medium flame.

Now cut the fried Muthiya into pieces and let it cool. Then grind it in a mixer jar.Take out the cardamom seeds and grind it with sugar. Mix the powdered sugar with the prepared mixture of semolina.

Dry roast the dry fruits and grind them finely. For the stuffing, mix Gulkand, dry fruits and grated coconut.now make Small balls from this mixture.

Now add hot ghee to the mixture of semolina and sugar and mix. Now take some mixture out of it and keep a ball of stuffing in the middle and cover with the semolina mixture.

In this way, all the laddus have been made with pistachio on top. Semolina Gulkand laddu is ready.
