Ganapati Bappa Morya..🙏 Today I have offered Bhog to Ganapati Bappa by making Gulkand Rose Mithai. Leaves and roses are made from the same dough. The taste of this sweets are very good. These Sweets made from only five ingredients..... || Jai Shri Ganeshay Namah:|| 🕉️ Shri Ganesha ||
Steps
- 1
First of all, wash the beetroot for dark pink color and cut it into small pieces. Now add the beets to the pressure cooker and add 1/2 cup of water and boil till it comes to 1 whistle. Then cool this beetroot and add it to a mixer jar with water and grind it. After that strain it with the help of a strainer. Now our dark pink color is ready.
- 2
Now we will make the green color.. For that wash and cut the spinach leaves. Now add some water in a pan and boil it for a while until the spinach becomes soft. Then cool this spinach and grind it in a mixer jar with water. After that strain it with the help of a strainer. Now our green color is ready.
- 3
First of all add desiccated coconut powder and milk powder in a bowl and mix. Then add condensed milk little by little and mix with a mixer. Now add ghee and saffron milk to this (add 7 to 8 saffron strings in 2 tbsp hot milk and keep it for 30 minutes) and prepare the dough. Now divide this dough mixer into two parts.
- 4
Now add dark pink color to one part of the dough and knead the dough properly. So that our natural dark pink color mixes well in the dough. (Note:- If adding this liquid color makes the dough a little soft, add some coconut powder to it and knead the dough a little to make a semi thick dough.)
- 5
Now add green color to the second part mixure and knead the dough properly. So that our green color gets mixed well in the dough (Note :- If the dough becomes a little soft after adding this liquid color, then add some coconut powder and knead the dough a little to prepare a cm thick dough.)
- 6
Now take a plastic sheet and roll the pink dough on it medium thick like a roti. Then cut a round shape from a small lid of a plastic bottle.
- 7
Now roll the green dough also on the plastic sheet to a medium thickness like a roti. Then cut a circle from the lid of a small lid. Then prepare the leaves by cutting the round shape in half from the same lid. Then prepare the design in the leaves with a tooth pick.
- 8
- 9
Now make the dark pink roti flower shape as shown in the photo. Then add the prepared green leaves and in this way all Gulkand Rose Sweets are prepared.
- 10
Now our very yummy and delicious Gulkand Rose Mithai is ready to serve. Garnish by adding a little Gulkand on top of this rose. Offer this swets to Ganapati Bappa as an offering of Prasad and praised Bappa.
