No Pre-Seasoning! Super Fast Ginger Pork with Veggies

This is the ginger pork I make at home, based on a meal I had at a restaurant!
I used really thinly sliced pork this time so it would cook right away, but you can use any cut that goes well with ginger.
The key to this is the katakuriko! For 1-2 servings. Recipe by Hanano arashi
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sprinkle sake on the pork, then coat both sides with katakuriko.
- 2
Combine the (A) ingredients. Chop the vegetables. Thinly slice the lettuce and shred the shiso.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan and arrange the pork strips evenly in the pan.
- 4
Once the pork is browned on one side, flip over. Sprinkle both sides with pepper.
- 5
Once the second side is browned, pour in the (A) ingredients. Heat the (A) sauce, seasoning the pork.
- 6
Once the sauce has come to a simmer, it's done. Remove excess water from the chopped vegetables, plate with the sautéed pork, cover in sauce, and enjoy.

You can easily make this with thing readily available in the house. If you have some room in your wallet, sirloin meat is really good. When cooking, use a little bit of extra oil since the powder soaks in some of the oil.Simmer the sauce to your liking.
