Soya tofu (healthy recipe)

Take a bowl and add beas to it. Add required water and soak it. Soak it for over night. Remove the peel by hands one by one.

Now take a mixer grinder and add soaked beans in it add 1,glass water and now take a fine muscle cloth. Add the paste in it and twist it and remove drain out the soy milk. After removing all the milk put it on a gas.

Let it boil for about 5 minutes. Keep stirring it so that it. Dose not sits down. Now add lemon juice to it.

The milk will change its texture. Take a muscle cloth. Add the milk it in and remove out all the water which is there in it. And leave it for about 5 minutes. And if will be like this. Now make it like a dough.

And your tasty protein full tofu is ready.
