Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswhite beans { navy beans tin } drained and rinsed
  2. 1/2grilled & chopped red bell pepper
  3. 2large kale leaves 🥬 inner stems removed steam & chopped
  4. 3-4 tbspolive 🫒 oil
  5. 3 tbsptahini
  6. as per your tastepink salt 🧂
  7. 1 tbsp or little morelemon 🍋 juice
  8. 1-2green chili & garlic 🧄

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the kale 🥬 and all the remaining ingredients except beans
    Add beans & blend till hummus is a smooth, thick and spreadable consistency. Taste and add more salt if necessary.add little chopped & steamed kale so when you eat hummus you will get good taste

    Garnish with olive 🫒 oil & paprika powder
    Hummus can be made up to 3 days in advance
