Take the sinews off the chicken tenders, and slice diagonally into bite sized pieces.

Put the chicken with the sake into a heatproof container, cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes. Leave it as is until it's cooked through in residual heat.

Slice the leek diagonally, put into a heatproof container, and microwave for 3 minutes. Combine with the cooked chicken in a serving bowl.

Combine the ☆ seasonings to make the sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and leek and it's done.
