Ready all the ingredients for tortilla and coleslaw

Make juices of palak, carrot-tomato and beetroot using water as required. Strain the juices.

Now knead 1st white tortilla soft dough using 1 cup maida, salt, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1tbsp oil and milk

Using 1 cup maida, salt, 1/4 tsp baking powder,1tbsp oil and carrot-tomato juice. Knead a soft smooth dough.

Also knead a soft green tortilla dough using the relevant ingredients and spinach juice.

Please note that for the yellow and pink doughs, avoid the baking powder as it reacts with beetroot and haldi.

Rest all the doughs for 15-20 minutes.

Make 4 portions of white dough and make tortillas. Roast in such a way that minimum roasting spots are formed on the tortillas. Try to maintain the colours.

Similarly make orange and green tortillas. Try to maintain the colours.

Now make rhe pink and yellow ones also. Take care to maintain the colours.

Keep the tortillas in a cloth to maintain the softness. Leftovers can be combined to make multicolored tortilla

Your natural coloured tortillas are ready. These are very handy and versatile. Can make wraps, frankie, quasedilla etc. I made Coleslaw Pinwheels.

For Coleslaw:
Combine the salad, hung curd, mayonnaise and spices. Apply coleslaw on tortillas. - 14
Grate cheese on the spreaded coleslaw.

Now tightly roll the tortillas.Arrange the colourful rolls in an airtight box.

Keep the box (lud covered) in fridge for 5-6 hours to set well. Cut into pinwheels.
