Here's a fried egg recipe that's good for filling up space in a big bento box.

Steps

Break an egg into a bowl, and mix well with the ingredients marked with ★.

Heat a pan, melt the margarine and spread it evenly in the pan. Add the egg mixture.

Before the egg hardens, use chopsticks or a spatula to roll it up. Allow to slightly cool before cutting in up into pieces. Cut into desired sizes.

If you don't have dashi stock granules, other types of dashi granules are fine.
