Easy, Diced Daigaku-Imo for Bento

I tried to make an easy recipe so that I could cook it on busy mornings.
Cutting the potato into small pieces will reduce the cooking time and makes it easy for kids to eat.
Please try not to deep-fry it for too long. It will make the potato hard and dry, and it will not taste good. For 1/2 sweet potato. Recipe by ss mama

Steps
- 1
Use a half of medium size sweet potato. Wash well.
- 2
Chop into 2 cm cubes.
- 3
Deep-fry in 180°C/360°F for about 3 minutes. When the edges have lightly browned, remove from oil. Deep-frying them for too long will make the potato hard, so please be careful.
- 4
Add the deep-fried potato cubes into a pan, and coat well with the honey. Next, add the soy sauce, and salt. When they are well coated, you're all done!
- 5
It will look like this when you put them in bento. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top!
