Ingredients

  • 1 headcauliflower, cut into pieces
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1/8 tsppepper
  • 1/4 tspturmeric
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl add the cauliflower florets, oil, 1 tsp curry, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, and salt. Toss to coat.

    Bake for 20 minutes.
