With all-purpose flour and wheat flour prepare dough. Add baking powder and oil.Leave for 15 minutes.

In a pan add oil and ginger garlic chilli paste. Add onion.

Add carrots,peas and potatoes.

Add spices and mix well.

Make Tortilla base just like roti.

Put mayonnaise, pizza sauce and cheese on Tortilla base.

Fold it and roast with butter for a while. Enjoy tasty Tortilla.
