In a bowl, beat an egg, add sugar, milk, melted butter, and flour and matcha powder together.

Sieve the batter to avoid any lumps. Chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Take a small pan, coat lightly with butter everytime you make crepe.

Finish crepe batter.

For cream. Mix wipping cream and add gradually sugar until a thick consistency. Chill in refrigerator.

Build up your crepes.
