1 kgbeef 80% meat 20%fat
1 tbspLehsan adrak
3/4 tspblack pepper
3/4 tspwhite pepper
1 tspsalt
1/2 tbspwarchester sauce
1/2 tbspmama sita oyster sauce

Take uncooked beef and mix all the above mentioned ingredients then mix. Freeze for at least 15 mins.

Pre heat pan, add your patty, sprinkle each side with additional freshly ground black pepper and salt on each side and cook for 2 mins on each side
