Ingredients

30 minutes
2 serve
  1. 1 bowlSago (Sabudana)
  2. 1big size potato
  3. 3 tblsp freshly chopped coriander
  4. 1 tblsp crushed ginger and chilli
  5. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1 tspsesame seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tspclerified butter
  9. 3/4 bowl or required water to knead the dough
  10. Required ghee to roast paratha
  11. 1 bowlcoriander garnished curd

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a sago and wipe with a clean cotton cloth, then grind it to make smooth Sago flour,sieve it to get perfect texture..
    Boil and grate the potato.

    Now in the flour add all the ingredients, mashed potato and coriander, mix well and knead the dough,then give it rest for 10 minutes.

    After resting knead again and make Equal balls.
    Now roll the paratha with the help of dry flour.
    Heat the tawa and roast them using ghee till it gets brown marks.

    Place in the plate and serve with fresh Curd..
