These spicy suran fingers are tasty and healthy.Suran is good for hair and skin It is a good source of protein.Do try this guilt free snacking!

Take a big bowl,mix suran pieces,salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and oil.Let it rest for 10 min. Suran(Peel and cut into 2 by 4 inches long pieces - half boiled)

Preheat your Air fryer for 5 min. at 170 degrees.

Now brush the air fryer from inside,put all the suran pieces and bake it for 10 min.or till all the pieces have become crispy from outside.

Your masala suran fingers are ready to serve.Serve it hot with mayo.
