Sago is generally used in fasting for papad,khichdi,kheer etc.In this recipe I have used sago flour,water chestnut flour,arbi , Potato,salt and black pepper.Sago pakore are crispy from outside and soft from inside.Yummy taste!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupsago flour
  • 1/4 th cup. Water chestnut flour
  • 1/4 th cup. Boiled arbi (mashed)
  • 1Boiled potato (grated)
  • 1 t.spoon. Salt
  • 3/4 t.spoon. Black pepper
  • 1green chilli (finely chopped)
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl,mix all the ingredients except oil.Add water little by little to make thick batter.

    Heat oil in a pan,drop small portions in it and deep fry on medium heat until golden brown.Fry all the pakore.
