In a bowl add boiling water and soak the paneer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove from water.
In a bowl add yogurt and gram flour. Add all the spices and add in hot oil and mix. - 2

Add paneer, capsicum, tomatoes and onion to the the yogurt mix.Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pan add the paneer mix and cook on low heat while stirring occasionally. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside. - 4

In a pan heat oil and add finely
chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and sauté until translucent. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, kasoori methi, chilli powder and coriander powder - 6

(Add salt if preferred) Add the paneer mix and cook until it starts to release oil. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook for further 3 to 4 minutes on low heat. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Enjoy with paratha, naan, roti, puri - 8
