Soak Some samak rice for 30 minutes and cho up bottel gourd and chilles. In a pan heat up some ghee and add cumin seeds then chop bottel gourd and chilli and salt to taste.

Once the bottel gourd are slightly cooked add soaked samak rice and water of water to the pan. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes and add buttermilk and Coriander leaves peanut and mix well.

Once your samak rice is cooked serve it hot.
