Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbboneless skinless chicken breast or chicken thighs
  • 1/2-1 cuphoney
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 1/2 tsppepper or to taste
  • 1/2 tspred pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 Tbspsesame oil
  • 1/4 cupketchup
  • 1/2 cupwater or chicken broth
  • 1/2 tspsesame seeds
  • Thickener
  • 4 tspcornstarch
  • 6 Tbspwater

Steps

    Add all ingredients except thickener to insta-pot

  2. 2

    Cook 20 min

  3. 3

    Mix together cornstarch and water, add to insta-pot and simmer 10 min
