  1. 1/2chopped apple
  2. 1banana
  3. 1 glasschilled milk
  4. Pinchcardamom
  5. 1 tsphoney
  6. Dry fruit

  1. 1

    Assemble all ingredients in blender jar add apple banana honey half milk and blend till smooth paste. Then milk cardamom powder and mix well.

    Pour into serving glass and garnish with dry fruits.
