Ingredients

45mins
2 servings
  1. 1kohlrabi
  2. 1celeriac root
  3. 2green apples
  4. 150 gteriyaki marinated tofu
  5. 3 tbspsunflower seed oil
  6. 5 tsphungarian sweet paprika (not spicy or hot)
  7. 5 tspground curcuma (haldi)
  8. 1 tbspwhole cumin seed (jeera)
  9. salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

45mins
  1. 1

Peel the kohlrabi, celeriac, apples and cut them into small cubes, cut the tofu into cubes too

  2. 2

Heat oil in a pan and fry the veggies with the tofu and all the spices and salt, stir often, fry it on high temperature

  3. 3

Before the veggies would burn, star gradually adding 1 cup water, as many times as needed, this way you get a gravy, let it cook in the gravy, the more time u let it cook the better it will taste, make sure the veggie cubes get soft, the tofu might even fall apart that makes the gravy even tastier. I kinda let it cooj for long while checking Cookpad, it turned out really tasty. vegan and weight loss dish

Im creating an international fusion of all the cuisines of the world: there are no borders in mixing and matching flavours. I love all the cuisines of the world. I like to discover new spices and ideas.i never try to follow the "official" rules in cooking, but rather my main ingredient is my passion. When i imagine a dish, first i cook it in my head and i try to imagine how it will taste like. if the ingredients will be in harmony, how can i make it technically and what side dishes would match well. what i have learnt from south-east asian cuisines is, that fresh ingredients are unbeatable. in nutrition, taste, look and color, crispiness and moistness. my recent goal is to use as many fresh herbs and veggies as possible. there are only a few dishes that i dont like, few type of seafood and seaweed. any other ingredient is on my horizon if i plan to create something new, cooking is my art.
