Cook pasta

Whilst pasta cooking heat a large frying pan add in beef mince.

Whilst beef cooks peel and grate garlic and trim and thinly slice spring onion

Once beef has browned stir in garlic and tomato puree
- 5
Stir through gochujang paste, creme fraiche, chicken stock paste sugar and water for sauce. Simmer for 4 mins.

Add spinach to the pan and stir in butter. Then stir in pasta

Serve with sprinkle spring onion on top
