Ingredients

  • 1 bunchwater spinach
  • 1little minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tablespoonrice wine
  • 1 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the water spinach thoroughly and cut into sections.

    In a pan, add olive oil and minced garlic, then add the water spinach and stir-fry evenly. Drizzle in rice wine, chicken bouillon powder, and salt.

    Stir-fry again until well mixed, then it's ready to serve.
