3-4 lbsirloin roast
1lg. yellow onion
2garlic cloves
Kosher salt
Course Black pepper
2 cansYellow corn
1 bagStew carrots
1lg. Can tomato paste
Parsley
4-6lg. Russet Potatoes

Trim roast if needed, then, rinse really good

Chop potatoes 🥔 into large squares, leave carrots whole, Chop onions till minced, Chop garlic till minced.

Slice the roast into bite size pieces then, add water, salt,pepper onions and garlic to pot, put on meat Stew setting add, and let cook.

After meat is done add potatoes and, carrots, parsley sauce, cook a little bit longer and, enjoy
