I did not follow a Recipe . I did deglaze the large non-stick Frying Pan at the end of cooking time with as much as 100g of a block of butter which caused the sauté potatoes to be over greasy , but apart from that was a lovely meal , the cooked fat of the Pork I gave too my One dog

Saute small cube's of peeled potatoes is a very quick way too cook potatoes from pouring boiling water from the Kettle over the raw potatoes in the Saucepan boiling for 5 minutes - draining the water away and then shallow frying on a high hob heat for 5 minutes . Can use the long method shallow frying from raw on the lowest hob heat for 30 minutes - can take the frying pan off the hob heat too prevent over cooking the Saute Potatoes most People season them with Paprika
