Sieve the besan in a big bowl.
Add coriander and mentioned masala.mix all together well and leave for 5 minutes.
Make the streamer ready and grease the pan with the oil.
After resting the better, add oil,soda by carb and little water.mix well till Better gets fluffy.
Pour the better in the greased pan, sprinkle chilli powder on it and cover the steamer and cook the better for 15-20 minutes. - 2
When a khaman cooks,remove from the steamer,apply oil on it and let it cool completely after that make a square piece.

Make a tadka..take oil in a tadka pan, add mustard and sesame seeds to crack,add chopped chillies,curry leaves and Asafoetida.
Now add water and Sugar.when Water starts boiling and Sugar dissolved in water switch off the gas. - 4
Add the tadka water on khaman, spread all around to sock the water in khaman. sprinkle chopped coriander and serve..
