I always make more idly so the next day I can make masala Idly for breakfast.

Yesterday I made Idly sambar.
I always make more idly so the next day I can make masala Idly for breakfast.
It's Yummy and quick..
Steps

Wash and Julienne cut the veggies.
Chopped green chillies and coriander.
Cut the Idly in small pieces.
Make everything ready. - 2
Take oil in a nonstick Pan, add musterd Cumin and sesame seeds to crackle.then add hing and curry leaves.
Now add chopped green chillies,onion, capsicum and salt..
Sauté till it gets softened. - 3
Now add chilli powder, turmeric powder and tomato, mix well,
After that add Idly pieces and chopped coriander.
Mix well to coat all masala on Idly pieces. - 4
Masala Idly is ready,
Switch off the flame and transfer into a plate and serve.
