Hotel-style Scrambled Eggs

I wanted to be able to easily make scrambled eggs like the ones you get for breakfast at hotels.
If you slowly cook the eggs over low heat, you'll get really thick and delicious scrambled eggs. For 2 servings. Recipe by Yukijirushi

Steps
- 1
Whisk the eggs, salt and milk.
- 2
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
- 3
Continuously stir the egg while heating over medium-low heat.
- 4
Once the egg becomes slightly sticky and thickens, turn off the heat.
- 5
Then cook the egg using the residual heat until it reaches your desired firmness. Mix continuously.
- 6
Once the egg has reached your desired firmness, transfer it onto a plate and serve.
- 7
The egg will be slightly sticky, so even if you put it in a sandwich, it won't fall apart.
- 8
It's yummy if you sandwich it between bread with tomato sauce,.
