Tuna and Green Bean Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino

I wanted to make lunch for myself in a hurry.
Add a generous amount of salt to the pasta boiling water (2 teaspoons of salt for every 1 liter of water.)
Add a little pasta boiling water in Step 7 to make it easier to mix everything evenly and to prevent the pasta from drying out. For 1 serving. Recipe by Nacchi sencho

Steps
- 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Before adding the pasta, cook the green beans in the boiling water for about a minute. Cool the beans down and cut into about 3 cm.
- 2
Use the boiling water from Step 1 to cook the pasta (be sure to salt the water properly).
- 3
While the pasta cooks, make the sauce. Heat olive oil, chopped garlic, and red chili pepper in a pan and turn on the heat (low-medium).
- 4
When the pan is fragrant, add the drained tuna and the green beans.
- 5
Mix everything together, then turn off the heat and wait for the pasta to cook.
- 6
Put the boiled pasta into the pan and turn on the heat. Toss rapidly.
- 7
Mix everything evenly, and season with salt. If the pasta seems dry, add about 1/2 ladle of pasta water.
- 8
Transfer to a plate, and serve!
