  2. 100 gmbutter
  3. 200 mlmilk
  4. 15 gmssalt
  5. 50 gmssugar
  6. 20 gmsyeast
  7. 20 gmsbaking powder
  8. 5eggs

    Mix the flour with salt

    Add the yeast and rub in

    Add sugar on the flour

    Add warm milk and mix well

    Beat eggs add them on the flour and mix them

    Mix the dough until the consistence

    Roll the dough to 1.5 inches thick and cut it each to four quarters

    Heat the frying pan and fry them with vegetable oil

    Cook them,ensure they appear in a golden colour
