First cut the fruit and deseed it. Keep it aside.

Now melt the jaggery powder with little water and strain it from sediments.Bring it to a boil for two mins.

Now add amchur powder and ginger powder let it simmer for 3 mins.

To this add the fruit and cook till it’s well coated and soft. Serve with roti or dosa.
