Peel lauki, cut in small pieces

In a pan add lauki pieces, bay leaf, small cinnamon, big cardamom, cumin seeds, black pepper, dry red chill, turmeric, ginger paste, green chilli.

Add little water, cover the pan, cook on medium flame till the lauki cooked, roast till all water evaporate.

Transfer in a plate, keep aside let it cool. Remove bay leaf. Tranfer in a mixer grinder & grind it. Tranfer in a deep bowl. No need to add water.

Add salt to taste, chopped coriander, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander powder, bread crumbs, mix it well & make soft dough.

Take small portion of dough & make a ball. Press it in your palm & give kebeb shape. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Put kebabs in it, shallow fry for 1 minute.

Flip the kebabs shallow fry them from other side till light golden brown.

Leftover Chana Dal Lauki Kebabs are ready to serve. Serve hot.
