Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupwhole basamati rice
  • 4 tbspmilk
  • 6-7saffron strands
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 2 tbspmix dry fruits (pista, kaju,badam charoli, raisins)
  • 1 tbspghee
  • Water for cooking the rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rice thoroughly 3-4times. Then cook on low flame. When its about to cook off the flame

  2. 2

    Now strain the water and add milk mixed with saffron and sugar cook on low flame for 2 mts. Cover and off the flame

  3. 3

    Now in another pan add ghee and saute the dryfruits. Add the ghee with dryfruits on the rice and mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve hot
