Mash all the vegetables properly, add black pepper powder, chilli flakes, green chilli ginger paste, salt as per taste and mix it well

Take two breads, spread green chutney on one bread, then spread thousand island on second bread, spread vegetables mixture put slices of tomato

Make the sandwich,roast on tawa

Spread butter on sandwich, it turns light brown and crispy, serve hot, it' very tasty
