First of all heat oil on medium heat in a heavy pan.now fry coconut slices in it. Until light pink in color. Be careful frying that it does not get burnt. Now take it out and add ground nuts to it and fry it on medium heat until done. Take it out in a bowl.

Now add mustard jeera seeds and hing to the oil and let it crackle after that add sesame seeds variyali red chilli curry leaves to it and sauce it for a few seconds. Now add the kismis Roasted Bengal gram to it and roast it until light pink in colors add turmeric. Salt garam masala coconut ground nuts to it and mix everything well.

Now add Roasted pova to the pan and give it a good mix. Let it be on the stove on low flame for a few minutes. Let it cool down completely before storing it into the tight container.
