Ingredients

Prep time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
4-5 servings
  • Shahi Tukda
  • 4 sliceswhite bread
  • Orange Syrup
  • 1 cuporange juice
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • strandsSaffron
  • 4 Tbsp Rabdi
  • 4 TbspDouble cream
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios, silver warq

Steps

Prep time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
  1. 1

    Toast bread slices and wok cookie cutter cut round shape. Set aside

    In a pan add orange juice, sugar, and bring it to boil, add saffron and syrup is done

    In a bowl add Rabdi, double cream and mix well. Dip the toast into orange syrup and put on a serving plate

    Put the Rabdi and double cream into a piping bag and onto the toast dipped in orange syrup.

  5. 5

    Garnish with silver warq and chopped pistachios
