Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 4 cupswater
  3. Halfchicken
  4. Potatoes
  5. Garlic and ginger paste
  6. 2large onions
  7. Cooking oil
  8. Pilau masala, garam masala, ground coriander, paprika, black pepper
  9. Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Fry your onions till golden brown, then add your washed chicken,garlic, and ginger paste and add salt into it, and let it fry.

    Add on your potatoes into the chicken, then add soy sauce, Pilau masala, and the other spices and stir it without crushing your chicken.

  3. 3

    Add in your washed rice into the pot of chicken and mix it till everything is well mixed.

    Add in your boiled water into the pot and let it boil.

  5. 5

    Cover it and let all the water dry.

  6. 6

    Serve your pilau with tomato stew or steamed cabbage.
