Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground pork sausage
  2. 1onion, diced
  3. 1red pepper, chopped
  4. 16 ozcrushed tomatoes
  5. 8 oznoodles
  6. 1 cupsour cream
  7. 1 tbspsugar
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 2 tspchili powder

Cooking Instructions

    In Dutch oven, brown meat and onion until about halfway done. Add red peppers and cook until all are done.

    Add crushed tomatoes, 1 cup sour cream, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tsp chili powder. Stir together.

    Remove from heat, store in Pyrex container and freeze.

    When preparing to eat, preheat oven to 350°. Cook 8 oz noodles. Add to casserole and cook in oven in 30 minutes increments until 160°.
