  • Mashed Potatoes 🥔
  • 2.2 lbspotatoes (about 1 kg)
  • 1 2/3 cupsmilk (about 400 g)
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1egg
  • 1/4 cupshredded cheese (about 30 g)
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoonbutter
  • Ground Meat
  • 10.5 ozground meat (about 300 g)
  • 2carrots, thinly sliced 🥕
  • 1onion, thinly sliced 🧅
  • 1/2fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoonmustard
  • Salt and pepper

    Sauté the ground meat, onion, carrots, and fennel. Season with salt and pepper, then add the mustard. Pour in a glass of warm water and let it cook.

    Prepare the mashed potatoes 🥔: Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into pieces. Add water and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and mash finely with a potato masher.

    Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the milk and mix well. Add the egg and shredded cheese, and mix thoroughly. Fill a piping bag with the mixture.

    Place 4 to 5 tablespoons of ground meat in each baking dish, then pipe the mashed potatoes on top.

Vous pouvez utilisez un sac plastique alimentaire épais, moi j'ai utilisé le sachet de lait, c'est très pratique.
