Ingredients

20 minutes
6 servings
  • 1 kglean pork cut into cubes
  • 2 tbspcooking oil
  • 1medium red onion sliced
  • 4 clovesgarlic crushed
  • 500 mlrice washings
  • 1 cupsliced potatoes
  • 1 cupsliced carrots
  • 1/2 cupfrozen green peas
  • 85 gliver spread
  • 1beef cube
  • 100 gtomato paste
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspsliced red chilli, or to liking
  • 4bay leaves
  • 1red bell peppper
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cupsliced olives
  • 1/4 cupcapers

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the oil and pan fry the pork until they turn a bit brown.

  2. 2

    Add the onion and garlic and sautee for 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the rice washing and let simmer until meat is cooked.

  4. 4

    Add the potatoes and carrots and green peas. Mix and simmer for 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Stir in the liver spread, beef cube, tomato paste, black pepper, salt and red chilli.

  6. 6

    Put the remaining ingredients and let simmer for another 5 mins.

  7. 7

    Serve hot over steamed rice. Enjoy!
